Shashi is the Chairperson of IntelliAI, a global platform that delivers the future of technology innovation between now and next with software solutions, technology and data to enable Cloud and AI economy required for any company. She has been instrumental in global markets, and is passionate about helping companies get business value from artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. She is a thought leader in Artificial Intelligence and its impact on the future of organizations. She has the vision of making IntelliAI a global leader in enabling next-generation Digital Transformation & AI economy, as disruptive AI is going to be the new normal in near future and backbone of every activity in our lives. She is a great champion of inclusion and diversity across all spheres of life. She is a versatile strategic leader having expertise in strategic planning with a proven ability to manage risks and foster successful relationships in the most difficult environments.
ATUL KUMAR
Atul is the Chief Executive of IntelliAI, and has in-depth experience of finance and capital markets. He is a great technology enthusiast and visionary. He is committed to improving the understanding and utility of AI in our society and business. He is a senior leader who has over 25 years experience in Financial Services and Information Technology, with a focus on capital markets, structured derivatives and other complex products. He loves developing and mentoring the IntelliAI team, and seeing them and our clients succeed always. He has a superior track record of business growth and in advancing innovative technologies. He is a critical thinker with an ability to cull complexity and then communicate effectively with our clients, teams and investors.

S M Gupta is IntelliAI's Chief Financial Office and Chief Operating Officer. With over 45 years of business experience, he has led complex, globally distributed programs in the corporate world across several verticals and focus areas. He has extensive experience in business development in South Asia, and the Middle East markets. He is very passionate about accelerating commercial returns from digital transformation journey leveraging Cloud, AI, Analytics, Data, and IoT. He consistently helps to create extraordinary value for our customers. He is a relentless champion for innovation, transformation and cultural change across the enterprise. His diverse portfolio draws on a skill set developed through a long exciting career as a professional advisor and a strong leader.
VIPUL KUMAR
Vipul is the Chief Technical Evangelist and CTO of IntelliAI. With over 25 years of technology and innovation experience, Vipul has been instrumental in creating and delivering impactful technology solutions and digital experiences for our clients in the financial services, energy & commodities, telecommunications, government and automotive industries. He has led key disruptive Digital Transformation initiatives with several leading clients such as Chevron, Cetera Financial Group, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Wellington, TD, Citadel, Nissan, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and Lucent Technologies. Vipul’s career encompasses impactful stints at leading digital agencies and consulting firms focusing on delivering key digital initiatives, emerging technologies and cybersecurity.
Vipul has in-depth experience and specializes in leading Cloud Platforms, AI/ML, Data, Analytics, IoT and several leading technologies across the entire technology landscape. He has earned many key professional certifications from Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Udacity, Sun, IBM & STG International. Has earned a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, and an Executive Course in Trading and Capital Markets from Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon.
